Introduction

Since the iCare. Community has grown a lot over the years, it has become necessary to create some structure in the community, after all, we are an organization with people, rules and resources.

To make sure we can manage this in a way that creates as little conflict and tension as possible we decided to create an organizational structure that would fit our needs as a community.

Keep in mind, there will be a “chain of command”, law makers and law enforcers must be implemented to maintain a running operation.

The structure is created to support the goal of the community which is as follows:

We feel that everyone is welcome within the community to interact and bond with its members. The main creed is that everyone within the community can have fun and is respected for what he or she does and stands for.

Tolerance, respect , understanding and a readiness to help each other is the core of what this Community stands for.

The community is created to support interaction between casual and competitive gamers.

Everything done by the “Chain of command” is done to support this ideal.
